Our process begins with an assessment of the needs of the residents and the land. We then provide a comprehensive restoration plan, including plans, drafts, commercial conditions, timelines, specifications, replacement plans and required documentation

Refining & Approvals
We prepare the project plan based on resident feedback and develop a finished structural and economic plan with drawings and legal agreements. This is followed by obtaining necessary approvals from municipal and local authorities.

Relocation & Site Preparation
Once commercial terms are finalised, residents are moved to temporary accommodation. The old structure is then demolished, allowing for renovation according to approved plans.
